LECTURE NOTES (see table of contents for course outline)

These lecture notes are being constantly modified. The material can be considered stable about 1 day after it was presented in class.

Schedule: Mon Wed 4:00-5:20pm, room 168 Everitt Lab. (Will start 5 minutes late on those Wednesdays when there is a decision & control seminar.)

Prerequisites: ECE 515 (Linear Systems) or consent of instructor. Basic knowledge of real analysis (at the level of Math 444 or 447) is also expected.
